Role
Own the people function end-to-end for a multi-specialty hospital — clinical, nursing, paramedical, and support staff. Hands-on and floor-present, not back-office.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment, with a standing pipeline for nursing where replacement demand is continuous
- Retention: attrition tracking by department, stay and exit interviews, career ladders for nursing staff
- Duty roster governance with the Nursing Superintendent — coverage, overtime control, leave planning
- Payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, full & final settlements, HRMS administration
- Statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit, Contract Labour Act for outsourced staff, POSH Internal Committee
- NABH HR readiness: personnel files, registration verification, induction and training records, appraisals
- Annual training calendar (BLS, infection control, fire safety, patient rights) and the appraisal cycle
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW; 2–5 years total, hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrable nursing recruitment and retention experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law in a healthcare context
- Hands-on with HRMS and payroll
- Telugu, Hindi, English
Good to have: NABH accreditation cycle experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
