Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present company products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Entry-level to mid-level roles depending on company)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing or industry-specific tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Pay: ₹11,515.86 - ₹20,970.79 per month
