Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven and structured Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate leads, convert prospects, coordinate proposals, and maintain systematic data tracking.
This role demands strong follow-up discipline, communication skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify potential hospital and healthcare clients
Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, references, field visits, and networking
Follow up consistently with prospects
Convert inquiries into confirmed consulting projects
2. Client Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings with doctors & healthcare investors
Understand client requirements and project scope
Assist senior team during client discussions
3. Proposal Framing & Documentation
Prepare and customize consulting proposals
Coordinate cost estimation inputs with internal teams
Send proposals and ensure timely follow-ups
Track negotiation stages and closure progress
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain structured lead database in Excel/CRM
Update daily follow-up tracker
Prepare weekly sales reports
Monitor conversion ratios and pipeline status
5. Travel & Field Work
Travel to different cities for:

Client meetings
o
Site visits
o
Business development activities
Travel frequency depends on project and lead requirements
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
Fresher with strong communication skills may apply
Required Skills
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Confident in client handling
Good knowledge of MS Excel (lead tracking & reporting)
Proposal drafting ability
Strong follow-up discipline
