JOB DESCRIPTION
Indiaʼs first transit-oriented development project, the starting point of the
Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train. The project integrates the High Speed Rail Bullet Train) station with a large-scale
mixed-use urban development comprising retail, hospitality, office, and public spaces. Envisioned as a next-generation
mobility and urban destination, the hub is being developed with a strong focus on connectivity, integrated infrastructure,
and long-term urban value creation.
As part of this development, the company is undertaking the planning and execution of a 5-star hospitality project,
requiring strong design leadership and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
● Lead design management and coordination across Retail, Hotel, Office, and Food Court components within the development, ensuring alignment with overall master planning and commercial objectives.
● Drive hospitality-focused design coordination, including close liaison with hotel operator, brand representatives,
ownership team, and specialist consultants to ensure brand-compliant execution.
● Coordinate with architectural, interior, MEP, façade, landscape, and other consultants, with particular attention to
hotel planning standards, back-of-house efficiency, service circulation, and guest experience design.
● Manage design reviews, value engineering inputs, material approvals, vendor coordination, and execution
drawings to ensure seamless translation from concept to site delivery.
● Work closely with Project Management Consultant, contractors, and cross-functional internal teams to monitor
timelines, budgets, and design deliverables across all asset classes.
● Ensure adherence to statutory norms, sustainability principles, and brand standards across hotel and mixed-use
developments.
Experience & Qualification
● Bachelorʼs Architecture or Masterʼs Degree in Architecture/ Construction Management or related field
● 510 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale commercial developments
● Experience coordinating with international hotel brands, consultants, and large project teams will be an advantage
● Strong understanding of hospitality planning standards and construction coordination
Scope of Role
Working Hours
Working hours will generally be 1000 AM to 600 PM, six days a week. However, given the nature of project-based and
site-driven work, working hours may occasionally be extended or adjusted based on site conditions, inspections,
commissioning schedules, or project requirements.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
