Sr Recruiting Consultant – BPO Hiring & Client Management to join our Bangalore team.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Contact Centre requirements across Bangalore.
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
- Brief candidates effectively on roles, processes, shifts, compensation and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client SPOCs and understand their hiring needs.
- Meet client SPOCs regularly and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.
- Act as the face of FutureRole with clients and candidates, delivering a high-quality experience.
- Proactively track market hiring trends, talent availability and competitor activity.
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for recurring and volume BPO requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve hiring TAT, quality and joining targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase FutureRole’s share of client requirements and become a preferred recruitment partner.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, daily updates and client MIS.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant BPO/volume recruitment experience.
- Location: Bangalore; candidate should be comfortable with local travel and client office visists.
- Profile: Pleasing personality, excellent communication, high energy, ownership mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
- Mobility: Should be comfortable travelling within Bangalore for candidate drives and client meetings when required

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
