Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and working closely with architects, designers, and site teams to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to incorporate design changes and revisions.
- Prepare drawings based on site measurements and project specifications.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and comply with project standards.
- Make necessary revisions and maintain updated drawing records.
- Coordinate with site teams and assist in resolving drawing-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of project drawings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, and building materials.
- Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with relevant skills or candidates with prior experience may apply.
