Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through effective sales and communication strategies. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Understand client needs and present suitable products or services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales
Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services (if applicable)
