You'll be joining a product-led environment with serious depth in data, integrations, and platform engineering—and the pace of a scaling SaaS company.
About the Role
This is a hybrid Product + Analyst + Technical role — not a pure product-strategy seat. You'll get your hands dirty across the full lifecycle of our platforms: owning features, working directly with engineering and clients, and driving APIs, databases, integrations, and analytics.
In simple terms, you'll build, analyze, integrate, troubleshoot, and document SaaS products — turning real business problems into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics
- Analyze user behavior and KPIs using SQL and Excel
- Build dashboards and reports that drive product and business decisions
Documentation & QA
- Create API documentation (OpenAPI), test plans, ER diagrams, and flowcharts
- Support testing across staging environments
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work with clients and vendors on requirements and troubleshooting
- Translate business needs into technical workflows
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and PMs in agile sprints
Must-Have Skills
Technical
- SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and schema design
- API testing with Postman
- System integrations (POS, payments, CRM tools)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics)
- Working familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Product & Tools
- Agile/Scrum understanding
- Jira / ClickUp / Notion / Confluence
- API documentation, ER diagrams, flowcharts
- Basic Figma for UI comprehension
Nice-to-Have
- Freshdesk / Odoo experience
- BI tools or ML exposure (especially for Prism analytics use cases)
- Understanding of WhatsApp/SMS/email campaign flows
- Figma proficiency

Eligibility
- Bachelor's in CS / B.Tech / BCA / BBA / Data Science / Statistics
- Preferred: MBA / MCA / MSc in relevant fields
- 0–3 years of experience
- Note: Humanities/Arts backgrounds are not eligible for this role
