Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present company products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- English communication skills preferred.
Salary
As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹9,768.47 - ₹23,791.51 per month
