Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety procedures, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and management for timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project plans.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure proper utilization of manpower at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
- Maintain proper site discipline and monitor attendance of workers and staff.
- Check progress of civil, structural, finishing, and other site-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of safety equipment at site.
- Report daily work progress to Project Manager / Management.
- Inspect material delivery and verify quantity and quality received at site.
- Ensure completion of work within scheduled timelines.
- Resolve day-to-day site operational issues and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain site records, work reports, and documentation.
- Monitor usage of machinery, equipment, and ensure proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers regarding execution requirements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to read civil drawings and execution plans.
- Strong team handling and labor management skills.
- Knowledge of material management and inventory handling.
- Understanding of safety standards and construction compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability.
Qualification
- Graduation/ Diploma (Preferred)
- OR
- Relevant experience in construction site supervision.Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Ability to handle multiple contractors and workers efficiently.
- Willingness to work on site and travel as per project requirement.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
