Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales activities and manage client interactions for our co-working spaces. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with clients from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website inquiries from prospective clients.
- Explain co-working space plans, facilities, pricing, and membership options.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documentation.
- Maintain lead data and update CRM records.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth move-in process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or co-working industry is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of co-working spaces, managed offices, or real estate industry.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally.
Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Joining: Immediate / As per availability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
