The Digital Marketing Assistant will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, search engines, email, and the company website. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Help manage email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.
- Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Assist in designing basic marketing materials, banners, and social media creatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of content writing or graphic design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
