We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage the CEO's office efficiently, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the smooth execution of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with leaders across Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to ensure timely follow-up and execution of key business priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive correspondence.
- Attend leadership meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), track action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Act as the primary coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular status updates to the CEO.
- Support business planning, leadership reviews, and organizational initiatives by consolidating information and preparing executive summaries.
- Maintain confidential business documents, records, and communications with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate business travel, leadership events, customer meetings, and other executive engagements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and periodic business reviews.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up across departments on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle administrative and operational responsibilities of the CEO's office while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Executive Office Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior leadership or CXOs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an IT Services or Consulting organization will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
