As a Senior Product Manager of Healthcare at Plum, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution of our healthcare business. Your role will be crucial in transforming how users interact with healthcare products, making them more accessible, intuitive, and effective. You'll drive product innovation while maintaining the deep sense of empathy and care that's central to our healthcare solutions.
Strong grasp of healthcare technology trends and digital healthcare solutions
Experience in operationalizing healthcare data security compliance requirements - HiPAA, GDPR & DPDP
Experience with healthcare data analytics and outcomes measurement
Hands-on understanding of healthcare interoperability standards - HL7 v2 and FHIR R4 - including designing FHIR resources, profiles, and APIs to exchange clinical data across EHR/EMR systems, labs, pharmacies, and payers
Familiarity with India’s ABDM & Health Stack (ABHA, consent manager, HIE-CM)
Ability to design clinical decision support systems (CDSS) that encode evidence-based medicine and guidelines into product workflows
Experience translating clinical protocols and care pathways (triage, referral, chronic-disease management) into auditable, protocol-driven logic that clinicians can trust
Ability to build outcome measurement frameworks - using data from lab reports, PROs and clinician assessments
Hands-on comfort using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, spec writing, and data analysis
