Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to connect with potential customers, promote our waste collection services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into subscriptions.
- Explain service plans, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team when required.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Follow up on renewals and pending payments.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
