Job Summary
Alliance Fibres Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician with 2–3 years of industrial experience. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, wiring, and machines.
- Maintain electrical systems, control panels, MCCs and lighting systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of industrial machinery and utilities.
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of motors, starters, panels, PLC basics and industrial wiring.
- Ability to identify and solve electrical issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in textile, fibre, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
