1) Manage the COO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2) Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-up action points.
3) Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documentation with complete discretion.
4) Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO.
5) Track key operational projects and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
6) Organize executive meetings, events, and VIP visits.
7) Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for the Executive Office.
8) Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned by the COO.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
1- 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in luxury hospitality or a corporate environment.
