About the Role
We are seeking an active and results-driven Floor Manager to join our team in Kalyan. You will oversee daily floor operations, manage team performance, maintain service/operational standards, and handle customer interactions to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the floor to maintain high operational standards and productivity.
- Supervise, guide, and schedule daily duties for floor staff and shift associates.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and queries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock, inventory movement, and floor upkeep/cleanliness.
- Track daily performance targets, maintain attendance records, and report shift metrics to upper management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Supervisor, or Floor In-Charge.
- Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a strong plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortably commuting to or based in Kalyan / Thane district.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
