Job description
- Client Accounting & Finalization
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bank
- reconciliations, and the finalization of balance sheets and Profit & Loss statements for diverse clients.
- Statutory Compliance :
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax returns (ITR) for companies, firms, and individuals.
- Audit Assistance: Coordinate and prepare audit documentation for statutory audits,tax audits, and internal audits.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis :Prepare accurate monthly/yearly financial reports,ensuring compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/Ind AS).
- Team Supervision: Review work performed by junior accountants/articled assistants and provide mentorship.
- Liaison :Act as a primary point of contact for clients and tax authorities.
Requirements
- Technical Skills :In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, and statutory filing portals.
- Competencies :Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication for client management.
- Good Knowledge of Direct & indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
