- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory updates.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Train, guide, and evaluate shop floor employees to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address production issues promptly and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹12,348.55 - ₹38,000.00 per month
