Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or related field
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Backend Operations
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to learn and manage Maker/Checker activities
- Understanding of field support systems and backend processes
- Comfortable working on CRM systems such as ODOO or similar web/desktop applications
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
