Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing & Distribution
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications.
- Verify prescriptions for legality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
- Maintain proper storage and security of medicines.
- Patient Care
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Provide guidance on over-the-counter medications and health products.
- Support patients in managing chronic conditions through medication adherence.
- Clinical & Administrative Duties
- Monitor patient medication records to prevent adverse drug interactions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Keep detailed records of prescriptions and controlled substances.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to local laws, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.
- Stay updated on new drugs, therapies, and pharmaceutical practices.
- Promote safe medication practices and patient education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent).
- Valid pharmacist license/registration as per local regulatory authority.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
