This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive (upwork Expert) based in Ahmedabad. The lead generation Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and using analytical skills to identify business opportunities. Daily tasks will include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to strategy development to drive business growth.

Experience: 6 month working on Upwork or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and bid on suitable bidding portal on Upwork.
- Write customized, compelling proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients and gather requirements.
- Follow up on proposals to maximize conversion
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal team for technical inputs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation/sales via Upwork.
- Strong written communication and proposal-writing skills
- Familiarity with IT services (web dev, mobile apps, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple proposals and follow-ups
- Proficient in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other platforms like Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
