Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, interviews, hiring)
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs
Maintain and improve employee relations and workplace culture
Handle performance management systems and employee evaluations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Support organizational development and change management initiatives
ust be able to handle all levels - from white to blue collars
Must be educated in the HR line-up
Initially, in the probation period, he will have to travel either locally or within CG

Experience minimum 5 years in an industry or corporate
Strong vocabulary in hindi and english
Complaince must be strong according to India
Diplomacy and patience is required
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹35,000.00 per month
