WORK LOCATION : Uthukottai
1. Spare Parts Sales: Sell spare parts to customers, either in-person or over the phone, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of four-wheeler spare parts, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts to customers.
3. Parts Identification: Identify and verify the correct spare parts for customers' vehicles, using catalogs, manuals, and other resources.
4. Order Processing: Process orders for spare parts, including checking availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, including tracking inventory, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending stock adjustments.
7. Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
