Job Summary:
The Sales Person / Marketing Executive is responsible for generating sales, expanding the customer base, promoting the company's products, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and increasing market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Business development and market analysis.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
