Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and manage accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning, reporting, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- CA Inter or M.Com qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
