We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
