Position overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies and supporting a range of activities, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, content marketing, keyword research, link building, communication, competitor analysis, and critical thinking.

On-page, off-page, and technical SEO:

Conduct comprehensive on-page and technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website performance in search results.
Assist in executing off-page strategies to build high-quality backlinks and enhance domain authority.

Content marketing:

Collaborate with the content team to align content strategy with SEO objectives.
Support the development and execution of content marketing initiatives to drive organic traffic and engagement.

Keyword research:

Assist in conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
Optimize content for target keywords to improve organic search visibility.

Link building:

Contribute to the creation and execution of effective link-building strategies.
Support the identification and pursuit of link-building opportunities through outreach and relationship building.

Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate SEO requirements and opportunities.
Provide regular updates on SEO performance and initiatives to stakeholders.

Competitor analysis:

Assist in conducting competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Utilize competitor insights to refine and enhance SEO strategies.

Critical thinking:

Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to the SEO strategy.
Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.

Content writing (optional):

Contribute to creating SEO-friendly content when required, ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.

Strategy & research:

Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO best practices.

Analytics reasoning & decision making:

Assist in using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key SEO metrics.
Contribute to making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the effectiveness of SEO

Keyword management and SEO:

Work on keyword optimization to enhance website traffic and rankings.
Begin developing proficiency in technical SEO and contribute to keyword visibility improvements.

Certifications and continuous learning:

Show dedication to acquiring certifications in AdWords and social media.
Demonstrate commitment to completing relevant courses and improving soft skills and communication.

Mandatory skills

Proven interest and initial exposure to SEO concepts.
Basic understanding of website analytics tools.
Willingness to learn and actively contribute to team objectives.
Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
Eagerness to stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
