Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, manpower planning, HR MIS reporting, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments and levels.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancies.
* Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate with department heads for hiring.
* Conduct salary negotiations and issue offer letters.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & HR Operations
* Manage employee joining documentation and induction process.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Track confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Employee Engagement & Relations
* Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
* Organize engagement activities, celebrations, team outings, and cultural events.
* Support employee motivation and retention initiatives.
MIS Reporting & Manpower Planning
* Prepare HR MIS reports related to hiring, attrition, and manpower planning.
* Generate reports comparing actual vs budgeted headcount.
* Present HR updates and reports to management.
Training & Development
* Coordinate employee training and development programs.
* Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
Exit Management & Retention
* Conduct exit interviews and exit formalities.
* Analyze attrition trends and support retention initiatives.
* Coordinate clearance and full & final settlement documentation.
Compliance & Administrative Support
* Maintain records related to disciplinary actions and employee performance.
* Support HR compliance and audit requirements.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting
