Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. Candidates should possess good communication skills in Hindi and any one South Indian language.
Languages Required:
Any One South Indian Language-Tamil or Telugu or Kannada or Malayalam or Hindi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
