- Responsible for lead management in CRM and ensuring timely follow-up with leads
- Maintain and update CRM database with client information and status
- Communicate effectively with sales associates via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities
- Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication
- Provide support to the sales team as needed
- Continuously update CRM processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM in a channel partner or developer firm
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
