We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to manage and lead our Own Centre operations in Siliguri.
Position: Centre Manager – Own CentreJob Location:
Siliguri, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall centre operations, administration, and daily activities.
- Drive student admissions, enrollments, and business growth targets.
- Supervise trainers, counsellors, administrative staff, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and academic schedules.
- Monitor attendance, student performance, assessments, and centre documentation.
- Maintain operational reports, MIS, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with management for operational planning and performance reviews.
- Build relationships with students, parents, industry partners, and local stakeholders.
- Support placement activities and ensure high student satisfaction.
- Ensure proper utilization of centre resources, infrastructure, and discipline standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA / Relevant Qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership, administration, and team management capabilities.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and operational coordination.
Experience:
3–8 Years preferred in:
