Role Overview Every Knya piece that carries a name, a designation or an institute logo passes through this role. You will build the artwork that goes out for embroidery, run the coordination with our embroidery team and vendors, and keep quality consistent across every order. You will also work closely with Warehouse and Customer Support so orders move on time and get stitched right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and organise artwork batches for every embroidery order before they move into production. Own documentation for all embroidery orders processed, so every order stays traceable from request to dispatch.
Coordinate with the embroidery team on requirements, priorities and timelines, and flag delays early. Work directly with embroidery vendors to make sure what gets stitched matches the approved artwork.
Run quality checks on artwork and finished pieces so standards stay consistent across every vendor.
Improve the embroidery process where it is slow. Find the bottlenecks and fix them without dropping quality.
Track embroidery trends and share a monthly report with clear, usable suggestions. Reconcile embroidery invoices and close the loop between vendors and the finance team. Partner with Warehouse and Customer Support to keep workflows tight and customer timelines met.
Must Haves Prior experience in an operations or production role. Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
Artwork sits at the centre of this role, so this is non-negotiable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A sharp eye for detail. Small artwork errors get expensive fast at scale. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple orders and vendors at once.
Comfort working at pace, with priorities that shift through the day. Good to Have Familiarity with the embroidery process, digitising files or working with embroidery vendors
Experience in a D2C, apparel or manufacturing setup.
