Job Summary
K2B Secure Solutions is looking for motivated and dedicated Service Support Technicians to join our team in Pune and Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge of CCTV systems and Access Control solutions and be willing to assist Principal Engineers in the execution, installation, maintenance, and support of security system projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Principal Engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Provide on-site support for project execution and service activities.
- Support troubleshooting and basic fault diagnosis of security systems.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and communicate project updates via email.
- Travel to customer sites as required for installation and service support.
- Ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems.
- Good communication skills with proficiency in email communication.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation).
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Prior experience in security systems installation or field service will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
