A Field Executive – Insurance at Sky Automobiles (Maruti Suzuki) is responsible for supporting insurance-related activities for vehicle customers and coordinating with insurance partners to ensure smooth policy issuance and claim processing.
Job Description:
- Promote and sell motor insurance policies for new and existing Maruti Suzuki customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Assist customers with insurance documentation and claim procedures.
- Follow up on insurance renewals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners and dealership staff.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer insurance queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare insurance-related reports.
- Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
