Job Overview
Manager Learning and Development will be responsible for the training of employees and will also ensure that all trainees understand and grasp the required concepts comprehensively.
Manager Learning and Development will be developing Human Resources technology while using the latest trends. You will be also required for developing course schedules and lessons along with the performance evaluation and assessment process.
Responsibilities
· Collecting relevant information and setting goals accordingly.
· Identifying trainee’s needs and making attainable targets.
· Developing and maintaining training materials including lesson plans, group activities, the method for instructions,
· Presentations, role-plays and assessments.
· Endorsing the latest learning systems.
· Preparing relevant applications and handing outs of the course.
· Developing Performance Evaluation Performa to provide feedback and submitting the same to the Management
· Arranging training resources and material with other helping tools.
· Documenting and maintaining a record of data of the trainings.
· Support L&D Transitions based on the business needs
· To develop central Training Academy

Requirements
· Any Graduation/Post Graduation
· Proven experience as a Trainer
· Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software.
· Instructional proficiency with sound communication skills.
· Excellent knowledge of modern instructional methods and tools.
· Exceptional time management skills and a critical thinker.
· Exceptional rapport-building with clients/ employees
· Good listening skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team if required.
· Exceptional ability to give attention to all the trainees.
· Good presentation skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
