Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Corporate to oversee the company's Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, Risk, and Quality Management functions.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of corporate functions by supporting financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, HR administration, compliance monitoring, and quality management initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with management, internal stakeholders, and the headquarters to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with corporate policies.
In addition to managing day-to-day corporate operations, the Senior Associate – Corporate will contribute to strategic planning, process improvements, and organisational development while supporting the company's governance framework and continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Finance
- Monitor accounting activities and ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports in accordance with Head Office reporting requirements.
- Support budget planning, monitoring, and financial analysis to ensure effective cost management.
- Coordinate tax, statutory compliance, and external audit activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison for finance, compliance, and audit matters with the Head Office.
- Review existing financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior management and stakeholders across the organisation.
Human Resources, Compliance, Risk & Quality
- Develop, implement, and monitor Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, training and development, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Prepare and submit compliance and risk-related reports to management and the Head Office.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives, including ISO documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate compliance monitoring and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Support organisational initiatives that strengthen governance, compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in corporate administration, finance, accounting, human resources, or a similar corporate support role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and audit processes.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards, will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Head Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
