Sriram Palace Banquet & Hotel is looking for energetic, well-mannered, and customer-friendly Waiters/Service Staff to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during restaurant operations, banquets, parties, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend guests politely and professionally
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and banquet halls
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Assist during events, weddings, pool parties, and hotel functions
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic customer requests
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
- Prior hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and events

Salary
