The Manager - Brand Marketing & Communication drives brand awareness, guards brand equity, and shapes public messaging. They bridge consumer insights with creative campaigns, overseeing internal and external communication channels to guarantee consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute long-term brand positioning, architecture, and go-to-market strategies to drive market share and affinity.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events) from conception to ROI evaluation.
- Communication Oversight: Own internal and external corporate communications, PR initiatives, content strategy, and reputation management.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with creative, product, sales, and agency partners to ensure all collateral strictly aligns with brand guidelines.
- Market Analysis: Monitor consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor dynamics to spot new marketing opportunities.
- Budget & Agency Management: Oversee marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance tracking using key metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Journalism.
- Experience: 5 to 8+ years of proven progressive experience in brand management, corporate communications, or integrated marketing.
- Hard Skills: Data analysis, campaign ROI tracking, market research, and project management expertise.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication, strategic thinking, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
