Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive CSR & Fundraising Intern to support our resource mobilization efforts. The intern will assist in identifying CSR opportunities, researching donors and grant opportunities, preparing proposals, building corporate relationships, and coordinating fundraising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify CSR funding opportunities, grants, and donor organizations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate and CSR partners.
- Connect with prospective partners through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Prepare CSR proposals, grant applications, concept notes, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings with corporates, NGOs, foundations, and funding partners.
- Support fundraising campaigns, CSR events, and partnership initiatives.
- Prepare impact reports, donor presentations, and project updates.
- Collect project data and impact stories to strengthen proposals.
- Track proposal submissions, follow-ups, funding status, and reporting timelines.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in MBA, MSW, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong interest in CSR, fundraising, and healthcare.
- Good communication, research, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
