Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (leads provided)
- Explain services and generate interest
- Convert leads into qualified appointments/sales
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Maintain follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
- Update CRM / lead status regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
- Confident, persuasive speaking ability
- Sales mindset (goal-oriented & result-driven)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support
- Experience in digital marketing, web services, or agency sales (plus)
- Familiar with CRM tools or lead management systems
