AJU ED Solutions LLP is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Professionals with experience in the EdTech or IT sector. We are seeking individuals who possess strong lead-generation and conversion skills and can effectively drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and nurture potential leads through various channels.
- Present and promote AJU ED Solutions LLP's training programs, internship solutions, IT services, and educational offerings.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions, partnerships, or business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, training partners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve business development targets through effective lead management and follow-up.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Academic Counselling, or Client Acquisition within the EdTech or IT sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and successfully close leads.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Any Bachelor's Degree .
