About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive both domestic and international business development. The ideal candidate will have experience selling ERP solutions, software development services, SaaS products, or IT consulting services and will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
You will engage with business owners, CXOs, Product Managers, and decision-makers across India, North America, and Europe, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads across domestic and international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, AI, and software solutions.
- Present the company's ERPNext implementation, custom software development, product engineering, and AI capabilities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar platforms preferred).
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, project estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales within IT Services, ERP, SaaS, Software Development, or Product Engineering.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions, cloud technologies, web and mobile applications, SaaS products, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ERPNext or other ERP solutions.
- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud modernization, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Experience working with startups, manufacturing companies, or MSMEs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
