- Supervise and support dispatchers and drivers to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor schedules, routes, and assignments to optimize productivity and service levels.
- Coordinate vehicle and driver availability to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Track deliveries, pickups, and service requests, resolving delays and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and management.
- Monitor GPS and dispatch software systems to track fleet performance and route efficiency.
- Investigate service disruptions, customer complaints, and incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, reports, and performance metrics.
- Assist with staffing, training, coaching, and performance management of dispatch personnel.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in after-hours support and emergency response as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
