RM Planning, Productivity & Performance Management
- Plan and allocate RMs effectively, ensuring RM span of control is within prescribed limits.
- Track RM‑level productivity, conversion, and threshold performance.
- Improve the share of RMs crossing threshold performance and qualifying for incentives.
- Identify and intervene early on low performers.
- Hire, train, coach, and groom RMs through regular reviews and joint branch visits.
- Drive rewards & recognition within the cluster, ensuring 60%+ RMs qualify for incentives.
Branch Coverage & Market Share Growth
- Drive active branch coverage, ensuring the required % of branches contribute every month.
- Reactivate dormant branches and improve consistency across the cluster.
- Grow Digit’s market share in key branches and priority accounts by increasing penetration and share of wallet.
Conversion & Opportunity Management
- Improve aggregated RM quote‑to‑login conversion across the cluster.
- Directly own and convert mid‑sized opportunities.
- Identify early signs of conversion or productivity drop‑offs and act decisively.
Portfolio Quality & Profitability
- Maintain portfolio ROE above minimum defined thresholds.
- Ensure growth is driven by the right product and business mix to protect portfolio quality.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Handle escalations with bank branches and partners promptly and professionally.
- Ensure Digit is rated as a preferred / best partner in partner surveys and feedback.
- Build strong working relationships with key banking stakeholders.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Banca / Insurance Distribution / Financial Services sales.
- Prior experience managing RM teams and multiple bank branches.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of banca distribution models and RM‑led sales execution.
- Working knowledge of issued premium, productivity metrics, conversion funnels, and basic ROE concepts.
- Ability to independently manage and close mid‑sized ticket opportunities.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong people management and coaching capability.
- High ownership and execution discipline.
