Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, statutory compliance, performance management, HR documentation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and other joining documents.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews, full & final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Update and manage the HRIS and employee database.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and employee leave records.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for monthly salary processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Support statutory compliance documentation related to payroll.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support employee wellness and culture-building initiatives.
Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain appraisal records and documentation.
- Coordinate with managers for performance review cycles.
Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and assist during audits.
HR Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
- Generate reports as required by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
