Overview:
Mars India is a specialized manufacturer of automotive components, including LSM (Lumbar Support Motor), VBM (Vent Blower Motor), and PCB Assembly. We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Store Manager to manage inventory operations efficiently.
Enhanced Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all store and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to maintain optimum stock levels and minimize inventory losses.
- Oversee inward and outward material movement, GRN, material issuance, dispatch, and documentation.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through ERP/manual systems and maintain 100% stock traceability.
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse best practices to improve material flow.
- Plan and conduct periodic cycle counts and annual physical stock audits, ensuring timely reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted production and timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory turnover, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, and material handling processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, 5S, EHS, and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, stock analysis, and KPI reports for Management and MD.
- Lead, train, and evaluate store personnel, ensuring discipline, productivity, and continuous skill development.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs, improve accuracy, and enhance warehouse performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management related to store, inventory, and warehouse operations.
Common Requirements
- Korean Business Culture: Familiar with Korean corporate reporting styles (data-driven, fast-paced, deadline-oriented)
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Hindi; Korean is an advantage
- Reporting: Strong skills in Excel/PowerPoint for MD-level reporting
Pay: From ₹550,000.00 per year
