Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Field Support Engineer to join our customer service and technical support team. You will be responsible for traveling to residential and commercial locations to maintain electronic and communication equipment. Because this role requires daily field travel, owning a two-wheeler and having a valid driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Field Visits & Support: Travel to sites to resolve technical glitches, hardware issues, or network connectivity problems.
Maintenance: Perform routine check-ups and basic repairs on installed hardware.
Inventory & Reporting: Keep track of the tools and spare parts provided to you and submit daily visit reports to the team coordinator.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Plus Two (12th Pass). A background in vocational technical streams or an ITI/Diploma is a strong plus.
Assets: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and a personal two-wheeler in good working condition.
Skills: Basic hands-on knowledge of wiring, hardware, or electronic gadgets; good navigation and route-finding abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
