Position: Centre Manager – Citizen Engagement
Experience: 1–5 years (Relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills are also encouraged to apply.)

CTC: ₹2.60 – ₹3.50 LPA
Mandatory Requirements:
· Applicants should be fluent in English and the respective regional language of the assigned location (written, spoken, and reading proficiency).
· Prior experience in Social Development Projects, CSR initiatives, Counselling, Skill Development, Community Mobilization, Social Work, or similar development sector roles is desirable.
· Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
About the Role:
The Centre Manager – Citizen Engagement will be responsible for establishing and strengthening partnerships with Corporates, Commercial Establishments, NGOs, CSR Foundations, Transport Associations, Government Departments, Educational Institutions, and other key stakeholders to promote behavioural change initiatives focused on Road Safety and Responsible Driving.
The role involves planning and executing citizen engagement activities, facilitating behavioural change workshops (including digital learning modules), and driving sustainable social impact through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver Experience Tab-Lab Centre Management
· Set up, operate, and manage the Driver Experience Tab-Lab Centre at the designated Regional Transport Office (RTO), Vehicle Testing Facility, or other project locations as assigned.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain project infrastructure in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
· Travel extensively within the assigned region to build and strengthen partnerships with corporates, institutions, government departments, transport unions, and community organizations.
· Coordinate with partner organizations to schedule and conduct behavioural change workshops on Road Safety and Responsible Driving.
· Maintain strong working relationships with designated government officials and project stakeholders.
Community Mobilization
· Mobilize drivers, learners, and other target beneficiaries to participate in awareness sessions and behavioural change workshops.
· Organize participants into manageable batches and ensure high engagement during program delivery.
· Support participants in completing the digital learning modules and assessments.
Awareness & Training
· Conduct Road Safety Awareness Sessions in schools, colleges, educational institutions, workplaces, and community settings as directed by the Project Implementation Team.
· Facilitate interactive workshops in collaboration with project partners and stakeholders.
Government Coordination
· Liaise regularly with the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at Regional Transport Offices (RTOs), licensing authorities, or other government departments.
· Provide periodic updates and coordinate activities to ensure smooth project implementation.
Monitoring & Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of participant engagement, workshop completion, and project activities.
· Submit timely reports and updates to the Project Implementation Team.
· Ensure compliance with project processes, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
Additional Responsibilities
· Perform any other duties assigned by senior management in support of project objectives.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals as required.
